where is bison.simple file

I downloaded and installed as binaries: flex 2.5, make 3.80, gcc 3.3 and
bison 1.75 from Sunfreeware. I am running Solaris 9 on Sparc. Bison does not
output the parser ...tab.c file after executing. I suppose it is because
there is no bison.simple file anywhere on the server. Should not this file
install with bison?
please help!!!!
