I see now that this page points to a web interface for making these 
corrections:

  http://directory.fsf.org/

While this page still suggests sending in patches:

  http://directory.fsf.org/help/directory.html

I guess the web interface is new and the latter instructions haven't been 
updated yet.  I'll try the web interface later.
