I wholeheartedly agree here.  Yet, Paul and I have done quite some code, 
indeed, but I was mainly talking about Features, with a capital F, say Push 
parser, Java skeletons, GLR and so forth.  Yet, maintainers, such as you, Paul, 
and I, should be credited for rolling the tarball.  So everybody should get the 
credit s/he deserves.

It will take some time to complete the list, but we may start on 2.5, and see 
if people can help to complete for master.  Then, maybe some day we'll write a 
History section.
