Sure!  How do you want to handle it?  In my experience, the best way
to work collaboratively on this would be to write the complete
outline of the manual, then split the workload between us based on
the chapters.  This way we can write them out-of-order and
review/write chapters independently.  (And it might attract some
yet-unknown contributor who feels like writing an unclaimed chapter,
who knows...)
