[bongo-devel] [bug #19513] Action tracks are incorrectly joined with other tracks

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #19513 (project bongo):

I just installed a change that avoids causing the section
header to appear empty.

This does not change the way the action track is joined with
the rest of the tracks.  I'm not sure whether that is a bug;
if it is, I'm afraid figuring out how to fix it is non-trivial.
