As a further (minor) point, there seems to be some confusion between the
use of "rccol" and "rcfile" - it appears as if the field changed its
name between the db, the config options, and the documentation. Minor,
because the error messages produced when the wrong one is used are fine
for sorting out the problem.

So, I should be using esmtp-auth in the user rcfile? And it will
(currently) break if there is TLS between Anubis and the Remote-MTA, but
will work if the connection is plain text?

As a general rule, I only allow AUTH over TLS - I expect I can make an
exception for localhost connections (which meets my current usage) if I
need to.
