since the physical keycaps of the Dyalog keyboard shows ! and not ¡ we should
leave matters as they are in order to not confuse the user.

Subsequent to creating my Dyalog keyboard, I noticed a bug in their layout. Unfortunately, my keyboard and your ]KEYBOARD command both reflect their error. The character shown on top of the multiply is shown as a normal exclamation point. This is also represented as a shift-1 key. I think the top of the multiply should be the upside down exclamation point.
