It's fixed. I've added a new customisable variable gnu-apl-program-extra-args, that allows you to configure this.

Please test it and let me know if it does what you need.

I wouldn't necessarily want the ability to add any random option (due to the risk of conflict with options used by the mode), but a selection of "safe" options would be nice to have available.

I still have the patch to add --LX support, if you'd like me to post that again.
