Hi Louis:
Pursuing this a bit further can you tell me what you would expect to see happen 
for these cases?
Before adding the codes to the layout we would need to check if they are 
reserved in APL and if there is a consensus of how to map them.
Alternatively if they are freely available you can make a custom version for 
your use.
The Ukulele application is an elegant tool to help you do that.
