Okay, I just saw that --with-kpathseaseparator is only relevant if you
configure with --without-texmf-dir, so forget about that.

So, `preview-latex.el' is missing from `c:/emacs22/site-lisp/'?

Is there an error message when you do `make' or `make install'?  If
yes, what does it say?
