[Bug-AUCTeX] Unsafe local variable

Hello!

In both GNU Emacs 23.0.0 and 22.0.50 a new buffer *Local Variables*  
open with a contents like this:

pastedGraphic.pdf
Description: Adobe PDF document

How can I avoid this new 'feature' in AUCTeX?


Here is some information I forgot to include the first time:
