[Bug-AUCTeX] 11.83; AUCTeX cannot find hyperref manual

Hello!

C-c ? manual RET of course brings the wrong "manual." Making it a  
precise C-c ? hyperref/manual brings only the message "Documentation  
not found." But it's out there:

        pete 123 /\ texdoc -l hyperref/manual
        /usr/local/gwTeX/texmf.texlive/doc/latex/hyperref/manual.pdf
        /usr/local/gwTeX/texmf.texlive/doc/latex/hyperref/manual.html

Actually I'd prefer the PDF version.
