Auctex sometimes doesn't automatically load when I open a .tex file which has
\include in the contents.
For example if I load a file EngBook.tex, sometimes the auctex buttons do not
appear.
If I write the file to another name using C-x C-w then the buttons always
appear with the file save.
I have only seen the problem in 11.87
