gcc irix header problem

GNU,

IRIX 6.5.21f on Origin 200, SGI freeware gcc 3.3, configuring Python 2.3.2.
See attached file regarding term.h.

I get similar warnings using my own versions of gcc 3.1 and gcc 3.3.1.
