Yes.

I now get:

on Sparc/Solaris 9 using (mostly) native tools and any of the follwing
compilers:

Sun WorkShop 6 update 2 C 5.3 Patch 111679-14 2004/02/20
Sun C 5.5 Patch 112760-17 2005/02/15
Sun C 5.6 Patch 117551-04 2005/02/15

Furthermore, I get no unexpected failures with gcc 3.4.4 and gcc 4.0.0
(this time using quite a few GNU tools).
