Indeed. I was wrong about the versions used earlier (too many versions
installed on the server).

The squid-cache.org CVS is bootstrapped using

   autoconf-2.59
   automake-1.9.6
   libtool-1.5.22

got confused only because the server still had autoconf-2.57 as it's
default autoconf, but the bootstrap script picks up the correct newer
2.59 version.
