There is still a problem with 2.59d on the OpenServer platforms.

It looks like the "at_help_all" variable has 12270 characters in it.
The ksh (/usr/bin/posix/sh is a symbolic link to ksh) is blowing up
at 4074 characters.
P.S. UnixWare 7.1.4 looks good
276 tests behaved as expected.
9 tests were skipped.
