If you want to continue using MSYS, then their mailing list is a better
resource than this one. For that matter, my understanding is that MSYS
provides pre-packaged versions of m4 and autoconf, so my assertion still
holds that you may be better off using those rather than trying to
reproduce things yourself. Cygwin and MSYS have different goals, and I
find that my personal development goals are better met in the cygwin
environment than by MSYS.
