There is a similar rule for the `ID' target. For consistency in the
handling of $(LISP) files, the commands for `ID' should be updated in
the same fashion. As for the `TAGS' target, this is actually a
simplification and clarification of the command sequence.
Sorry that I forgot to mention this earlier. I shall try to submit
more complete reports, up to own patches, in the future.
