new feature: print exit value

Attached is a patch to add a feature to bash 2.05: the -X option will
print the exit value of any toplevel command that doesn't exit with
exit status 0.  It's like tcsh's "printexitvalue" option.

Feel free to pick a different letter to better fit with the existing
option letters...
