Bash Version: 2.05b
Patch Level: 0
Release Status: release

Description:
        From the manual page:

When an interactive shell that is not a login shell is
started, bash reads and executes commands from ~/.bashrc,
        if that file exists.

        However, running bash -login produces

bash: .bashrc: No such file or directory

        if there is no .bashrc.

Repeat-By:
From an account without a .bashrc, run "bash -login"
