Apologies for the very long delay in responding to your message.

Checking the moderation database for moderators.isc.org, it looks like it
does have a listed moderator that should work (bug-bash@prep.ai.mit.edu),
although it should probably be changed to bug-bash@gnu.org.  The newsgroup
is intended to just be a gateway of the mailing list.

What errors are you encountering when trying to post?
