Our Network Virus software on our corporate mail server has reported that you 
sent
an email to [Unknown Var], containing the  W32/Sobig.F@mm in the
your_document.pif attachment.  
The subject of the email was "Re: Approved".  
The email containing the virus has been quarantined to prevent furtherdamage.

You should run a virus scanning software on your system regularly 
to prevent future instances.
