First, You need equipment to train throws. By the way, in those matches, anytime my opponent got in a deep horse stance or even anything close to it, I was ready to go with a front leg sweep if the rules allowed it.
If we forgot a part to a form, or dropped a weapon, we would jump.
To give you an idea of what class was like, we would have to wear heavy cotton, long sleeve kung fu uniforms with Chinese slippers in the summer with no air conditioning.
You need to know other things as well, but at a minimum, these four are required for Kung Fu fighters. I mean think about it. Plus the location is beautiful, and is one of the reasons people come back year after year. Specifically, Snake, Horse, and Monkey. Nice work, if you can get it.
