[Bug ld/393] COMMONPAGESIZE causes ia64 linker relaxation failure

We need to check if defining COMMONPAGESIZE in the current binutils source
still causes gcc build failures on ia64. We should check gcc 4.0, 3.4, 3.3
and 3.2.
