Can you give the precise command line to get this testcase?
It includes the .little directive and movsi20 instructions
at the same time. movsi20 is a SH2A specific instruction and
SH2A is big-endian only.
So it looks a compiler problem rather than a binutils problem.
Perhaps a bad multilib combination occurs.
