[Bug gold/10979] Crashes during linking of program

The klibc problem is due to -Ttext.  gold was trying to put the file header and 
segment header in the text segment, but it was in the wrong place due to 
-Ttext.  
I've committed a patch.

I believe that fixes all of the cases pointed out in this bug report.  Thanks 
for 
filing it.
