        symbol locally in PIE.

        * testsuite/ld-aarch64/pie-bind-locally-b.s: Likewise.
        * testsuite/ld-aarch64/pie-bind-locally.d: New testcase.
        * testsuite/ld-aarch64/aarch64-elf.exp: Run new testcase.
