Obviously, the robot fails to update the links in ~/po/maint/bison;
these links must point to the highest numbered translator supplied
file. I fixed the link for de.po of the bison project manually:
de.po -> ../../teams/PO/de/bison-2.3.de.po
All the other links are still rahter old. For the moment, I'll leave
them as is, so Martin can take a look and debug the problem when time
permits.
