In 2.1.13, 'cfshow -c' (show checksum database) doesn't work. It
tries to determine the location of the checksum database by
running 'cfagent -z', but this returns the time schedule. The
correct option to show checksums is 'cfagent -W', but the getopt
entry for this option is wrong. The attached patch fixes both
problems. Thanks to Nathan for reporting the problem and testing
the patch via IRC.
