[bug-cgicc] caching problems with cgicc

Hi,

We found something what we consider as a bug in version 3.2.1 of Cgicc:

We had some problems with a proxy server caching our cgi-bin pages and found
that cgicc doesn't contain the text 
Pragma: no-cache

in the http header.

The results was that users got the cached html page from somebody else
instead of their new generated html page.

Are we doing something wrong or is it a bug in cgicc?

We use apache v1.3.x on a linux environment and gcc 3.2.1
