[Bug classpath/23566] New: Need to regenerate TimeZone data against tzdata2005k

Current TimeZone is generated from tzdata2005l, with tzdata2005k from
ftp://elsie.nci.nih.gov/pub/ we have to following error running the timezone.pl
script: Unknown link Link       America/Indianapolis    EST
