This still seems valid but is very much a long-term goal. I think we first
need to agree on a style and then check that compliance is met with
enhancements to gjdoc.
A good first step would be to check the current documentation generated by
Classpath is XHTML 1.0 Strict compliant. This could be done using
http://validator.w3.org
