[Bug classpath/36219] New: gnu.xml.transform.SortKey isn't subclass of gnu.xml.transform.Key

When running SPEC jvm 2008's xml.transform benchmark a SortKey is cast to a Key
and raises a class cast exception. Making SortKey a subclass of Key fixes the
problem.
