Perhaps a symbol definition is needed on QNX in order to
activate POSIX 1003.1b? I would have a look at /usr/include/sched.h to
see what #ifdefs are there around the following line:
/usr/include/sched.h:26: #error POSIX Scheduling needs P1003.1b-1993
