coreutils-5.1.1 test failure on Apple MacOS X

There were 2 test failures for the coreutils-5.1.1 build on Apple MacOS X
that terminated the tests:

It seems to me that it would be preferable to attempt all of the
validation tests, reporting a final summary of passes and failures.

I therefore restarted the tests with "make -i check", and got one
further failure, and a total of 186 PASS reports:
