Bug in cut (coreutils) 5.2.1?

SHORT DESCRIPTION: The delimiter defined by option '--output-delimiter' is used 
only the last
time.
LONG DESCRIPTION: If you select more fields segments with -c and then define an 
output delimiter
with the relevant option, you get the delimited only the last segment, not all 
of them.
