Wrong translation

Hello,

In the latest versions of the coreutils, the program "uptime" is capable
of displaying it's output in Dutch. Very nice.

However, it uses a rather broken translation of the word "uptime" itself;
"levend", literally "alive". Apparently the translator did not realize
that a very good word for "uptime" exists in Dutch, and that word is (well
two words): "in bedrijf".

Please fix.
