The file that you sent doesn't say "amir" anywhere in it. "who"
consults that file, so if the file is wrong, "who" will print the
wrong answer. So it appears that the problem is in whatever program
creates and maintains that file, and you need to consult whoever wrote
and/or installed it; the "who" program is apparently not at fault here.
