who -r

Hi,

I was trying to find out what the result of "who -r" means, I underatand it prints the current and previous runlevel, however "info who" yeilds no explanation of what "S" means for the previous runlevel.

     run-level 5  Apr 15 20:33                   last=S

The runlevel command does not print "S" for the last runlevel, it prints N. Why are these different and can we have the switch added to the docuementation.
