[Q] touch syntax |

Hello,
concerning touch.exe from UnxUtils
and its --date option:
-------quote--------
Usage: Touch.exe [OPTION]... FILE...
...
-d, --date=STRING parse STRING and use it instead of current time
...
-------quoted--------
I'm trying to find out which syntax STRING needs in order to recognize
date *and* time.
Found out that the date is recognized in a form 'yyyy-mm-dd'
Could you please tell me how date *and* time can be defined?
Thanks in advantage.
