pre-6.3 cygwin make check results

I am including the testsuite results from yesterday's CVS; Paul's patch
for Solaris openat emulation did indeed fix issues that cygwin was having.
Some of the test failures are testsuite shortcomings for not recognizing
cygwin limitations, such as the fact that cygwin has a hard limit that no
absolute path can exceed 256 bytes (such as du/long-from-unreadable).
Windows (and thus cygwin) has a bug that users can delete files from
inaccessible directories (it only checks the user's delete rights for the
file, rather than the edit rights on the directory) which explains a few
of the test failures (such as cp/fail-perm). Another failure comes from
filename limitations (^G is illegal, in ls-2/tests; although I still want
to try repeating the test on a cygwin-managed mount, which overcomes these
limitations at the expense of an even shorter maximum file name, by
transparently mangling invalid filenames into valid ones for Windows).

I haven't fully analyzed all the failures, but on the other hand, I think
that cygwin is far enough away from mainstream that it is not worth
holding up 6.3 to try to fix all of these issues. Besides, since I
maintain the cygwin port of coreutils, I can still patch these issues for
cygwin after 6.3 is released, as needed.
