bug-fileutils is obsolete; the list is now bug-coreutils. Which is
particularly odd since you are testing against the latest version of
coreutils.

Thanks for the report. However, translation bugs should be reported to
the Dutch translation team:

And if 'mv --help' in Dutch doesn't give an email address for the Dutch
translation team as well as the main coreutils mailing list, that is also
a bug in the translation.
