bug-fileutils is an obsolete address; fileutils has been merged into
coreutils, and the latest stable version is 6.7 (and 6.8 is available for
test). Perhaps you are in need of an upgrade?

Thanks for noticing this. However, translation patches should be sent to
the appropriate translation team (cc'd according to these links):

And if 'cp --help' in your locale does not list the translator's address
in addition to the bug-coreutils address, that is also a translation bug.
