Thanks for the hint on why you contacted us.  sudo is not one of the
coreutils, and coreutils' copy of su is generally unused these days; but
chown is indeed one of the commands.  But I'm not sure what we could add
to the chown --help output to prevent others from making the same mistake
of contacting coreutils when a chown of an unrelated project failed.
