Pádraig fixed a few bugs (thanks!), and I've pulled in
the latest from gnulib, so here's another snapshot.
Thanks to everyone who has been helping.

I'm expecting to switch from statfs to statvfs after releasing
coreutils-7.5, assuming no system we care about is affected.

coreutils snapshot:

Changes in coreutils since 7.4.115-c9c92:

Jim Meyering (6):
tests: raise ulimit virt-mem limit to avoid new failure
build: use gnulib's getopt-gnu module (getopt is now deprecated)
tests: skip the misc/stdbuf test if stdbuf was not built
      tests: tail-2/append-only: don't discard stderr
      build: update from gnulib
build: suppress warnings due to gcc's new -Wjump-misses-init

Pádraig Brady (5):
tests: improve one of the tail --pid tests
dd: fix a signal handling race
tail: fix tail -f failure when inotify used
doc: clarify the cp --reflink NEWS
cp,mv: fix issues with preserving timestamps of copied symlinks

Changes in gnulib since 7.4.115-c9c92:

* gnulib d93c1f1...077d9af (48):
  > Avoid test failures on Solaris 10.
  > Fix test failures on Solaris 10.
  > update from texinfo
  > fpurge: fix previous commits
  > Clarify fpurge's effect on the file position.
  > Tweak last commit.
  > fpurge: don't wrap working cygwin implementation
  > test-update-copyright: skip if perl is insufficient
  > doc: mention more functions added in cygwin 1.7.0
  > maint.mk: simplify update-copyright rule
  > Undo invalid optimization in last commit.
  > maint.mk: support update-copyright-env
  > update-copyright: implement forced reformatting
  > stddef: fix NetBSD 5.0 NULL bug, rather than working around it
  > Revert "Avoid compilation error on NetBSD 5.0."
  > doc: improve git diff of texinfo files
  > Disable multithread support by default on Cygwin 1.5.x for real.
  > update-copyright: much ado about intervals
  > update-copyright: convert 2-digit to 4-digit years
  > test-exclude: avoid coreutils "make check" failure
  > test-dup2: fix bad assumption
  > test-version-etc: fix CRLF portability issue
  > getopt: update client modules
  > test-version-etc, test-argp-version-etc: Fix CRLF issue. Reduce forks.
  > version-etc-test: Make it work imported into projects.
  > Tests for modules 'getopt-posix', 'getopt-gnu'.
  > New modules 'getopt-posix', 'getopt-gnu'.
  > Ensure that optarg etc. get declared by <unistd.h>.
  > Avoid test link errors.
  > Restore the gl_GETOPT_SUBSTITUTE macro, under a new name.
  > Put the recent ChangeLog entries in order.
  > Update ChangeLog
  > Reorder macros.
  > Minor improvement in gitlog-to-changelog

  > Ensure that getopt() gets declared by <unistd.h>.
  > Clarify logic; Separate gl_replace_getopt and GETOPT_H.
  > Add comments.
  > Disable multithread support by default on Cygwin 1.5.x.
  > Avoid compilation error on NetBSD 5.0.
  > Most tests don't need module 'close' any more.
  > Undefine DCHAR_SET after use.
  > Fix a gcc warning.
  > Don't optimize AC_LIBOBJs, as they may appear in different contexts.

'ioctl'.
  > Add comment.
  > Typo in comment.
  > Avoid collision between gnulib wrapper and libintl wrapper.
