That is worth fixing. The fix in pr.c will improve the
mark-up for the automatically generated pr.1.
Do you feel like writing the tiny patch? If so, here are guidelines:

It would be fine to adjust that, too.

Good idea.

If you do this, you're welcome to do it as a single
patch or as 3 separate ones. Either way is fine.
