The current version, POSIX.1-2013. The code also works in POSIX.1-2004. At this point older POSIX releases are mostly just historical curiosities; application developers shouldn't need to worry about them.
Did you at least drop the caches between runs (i.e.) by echoing '3' to /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches?
No, I didn't mess with the caches. I'm reasonably sure everything was cached.
