Are you sure the file you're committing is correct? What does "cvs log"
say about the file in the repository -- is it marked as binary? If not,
you need to use "cvs admin -kb" to do so. What does "cvs status" say
about the file in your working directory -- is it marked as binary? If
not, you need to use "cvs up -A" to do so (after updating the repository
file). Once that's done, a simple commit of the correct file should do
the trick, although you might have to force a commit if CVS thinks the
file is up-to-date.
