I have a working build set for stable with "libcvs" project. It
may be "cleaner" than feature in that all "lib/*.c" files are in
"libcvs" project and removed from "cvsnt" project.
I ran out of time for document, ChangeLog and package (new files).
You can expect a patch package this evening.
